I got Sprint under the promise they could provide service – after 35 hours with customer service and sprint refunding me 2 months service charges they asked me to leave Sprint as they could not provide service. I returned the phones in perfect order. They wanted me to repay the service they had refunded me and said we could call it quits but I refused. So they went ahead and sent me a bill for $2,077. I called confirmed that they had received the phones back so what was the charge for? They said cancellation of the service – which they asked me to cancel. Then almost 2 years later I see that they have negative flag on my credit report which I want taken off. Quite honestly I would like to sue them for the 35 plus hours I spent on the phone trying to get a service which they knew from the beginning that they could not provide. I was bamboozled. What can I do?
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like a refund for all the money they got from me during the 4/5 months I was with them. And I want them to correct my credit.
