The contract is not what my loan ended up being. They changed it on me. Also, I have been paying on the car for over two years and still owe close to the same amount I purchased the car for. There are constantly hidden fees and penalties added to my account. I get calls constantly from them and so do the people I listed as references on my initial application.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I believe I am owed approximately $2700 which is how much I have been overcharged in higher interest and bogus fees and penalty charges.
