We purchased a car in 2011. Totaled in August 2013. Purchased gap insurance at time of purchase. $1,890 balance as they never worked with gap insurance. In the process of getting a mortgage after years of charge off they reported a missed payment of $57 in May 2020. This has risked our chance of getting our mortgage underwritten in the middle of process. No one at Santander can explain the missed payment. We need to move and have perfect credit besides them
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Remove missed payment May 2020. Need a letter on their letterhead stating that. Remove balance from account
