DirecTV Customer Service Lied to Me

Direct tv told me nothing but lies about my payment will never go up. But that was all lies my bill went up to a point I could paid know more. So I don’t have it know more.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I feel like that I over paid them and they still want more for me. So I think it will be only fair iffy they paid me back the price of a 1,000 dollars not even the price they took for me. It’s only fair to me.
