Altice USA Customer Service Lied to Me
They charged me for service that didn’t work, late fees on the service that we didn’t have and a $60 fee for a tech to come out after telling me I could not be charged. I’ve tried to reach them several times and the call drops, I don’t get calls back, they act like they don’t know what’s going on etc
