Comcast Customer Service Lied to Me

I was going to pay my bill but xfinity/comcast promised me I would have internet until end of the year,2020, because of coivid19, no charge

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Keep me connected , no charge, until end of the year, like promised so I can catch up on bills
