Santander Consumer USA Bad Customer Support

Santander has caused such disruption in my financial status. First of all, I probably shouldn’t have been granted a loan in the first place. I was already overextended. I have paid over $40,000 in total for a car that I still owe $9,000 on and when I purchased it it was only $15,000.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want them to accept the $40,000 plus that I’ve already paid and zero out my account. There is no reason I should have to continue paying with their ridiculous interest charges.
