Santander Consumer USA Lied About the Price

Had autoloan with santander since january 2016, today July 2020 my car got repossessed although 90% of my payments were on time but I could not do payments past couple of months due to covid outbreak impact on my business . they called twice a day everyday, locked my account and issues to charge offs to my credit report 2 months before vehicle got repossessed. Paid for the vehicle 4 years but somehow they say that i still owe them 12,500$ (price of vehicle was 19,800$)..please help

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like to know if theres anything I can do about their unfair business behavior
