T-Mobile Customer Service Lied to Me

Sent a phone back because it wasn’t working correctly and the phone ended up cracked and they didn send the phone back but they changed me for a new device and now I have to pay for 2 phones

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Give me a credit for the other phone
