T-Mobile Customer Service Lied to Me

2 problems
1 they give two lines when I only asked for one, I called 3 times and T-Mobile indicated the problem was solved, but all my contacts were getting calls from me with a different number it took them my 3 rd attempt for the issue to fixed, no I have a bill for 2 lines and no solution yet.
2 problem
My SIM card was copy by someone with in T-Mobile I called and it took a second call for them understand what had happen but could no give me any solution, the SIM card was reactivated with my number, in somebody’s out phone who took over my phone
Now I don’t know how to prevent this from happening again

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want to get the money the was hack from my bank when T-Mobile SIM card high jack
