Criminal charges should be brought against the Santander Consumer USA auto lender as predatory loan sharks whom purposely give auto loans via same dealers to subprime auto shoppers hiding from shopper and state officials our true but hidden ‘internal’ credit scores that show Santander gives loans to those of us who will probably not be able to pay the loan back.
They make money in repossession and on high interest rates.

This company should be charged with consumer fraud and all loans forgiven, and no repossession.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund of all monies paid including fees and interest loans
