LA Fitness Customer Service Lied to Me

It started when I signed a contract for personal training. They fired my Master Trainer, who was the only one there. I asked them to lower my costs and I would have finished out my contract with a lower level trainer but they refused. I had to travel to other locations, very far from my home, in order to get the training that I paid for and agreed to at my location. They breached their own contract but refused to make up for it. My Master Trainer was also excellent and shouldn’t have been fired with no notice.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I paid $4,200.00 to LA Fitness for their fees, but I added $800.00 for my inconvenience of having to travel to other locations, where I used extra gas, wear and tear on my car, and had to pay for childcare. Plus there were several training sessions that were cancelled by the trainer and I was not given the session back. Basically they kept my money and didn’t provide the service to me.
