I am a driver. Recently the company withheld funds from me and deducted from future earnings because they said I violated their policy of not pre-arranging rides with customers. I did no such thing of course. I asked for verification and the reason for this charge and they just sent me the same form letter over again. It is about $237 which makes no sense to me.
They docked me some, then are holding the rest over my head. I can’t believe they accused me of something I didn’t do! I should have taken them to small claims court.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Make it right! Make me feel valued! Reimburse me for time lost!
