Airbnb Claim for Compensation
Booked a 15 day stay. Listing had misinformation regarding accessibility, I verbally and written complained to the host and exited the listing within a few hours. Booked a new listing. Requested that the first listing cancel the reservation to process the refund. They have ignored. Demanded that Airbnb process the cancellation they refuse to acknowledge that pertinent accessibility information was omitted and are refusing to process the refund.
