very long story but, due to a capital one error (they even admit it) they closed 2 of my credit cards and ruined my credit. After over a year and finally getting them to admit fault they said they would reissue my cards and then the underwriter declined it cause my credit plummeted. They refuse to do anything else but admit fault.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
compensate me for having my score drop into the 400’s due to all the missed payments I couldn’t make because my cards were just suddenly gone. All the other delinquent accounts that followed. Basically ruined me financially.
