My grandfather was sick for two years and passed in January. I found att charging a monthly service for direct tv/uverse for 15 months after the date on the equipment return receipt totaling over 3500 dollars. Customer service has refused to help.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
A refund is the goal but if any extra charges can be filed for elderly abuse or fraud I would be comfortable pursuing it, they have gross negligence handling their mistakes and on a fixed income it is adding serious burden to my 86 year old widowed grandmother.
