Santander Consumer USA Overcharged Me / Hidden Fees

I purchased a car for 7000 and paid for 3 years..I was hit and car was totalled..a check was sent to them from rental company..5months later they reposed my car..and suddenly I owe over 8000dollars..and they refuse to take it off my credit..they screwed me bad ..19% intrest…and nothing I paid for 3 years went to principal..and I was charged fees and no one can explaine anything to me ..they hang up on me and I cant get into my account.. I lost a car and a job because I worked 60miles away and when I seen my car was gone…I had no time to find a ride…and was let go on 90 day probation for no show…they are theives..they told me in 6 months they would lower my interest rate..that’s how they got me to take the loan…they said I’d have a extended warranty…I got nothing ..they stole more than. my money ..this happend in 2017…

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
repair my credit..
replace the car they stole and pay me all the fees and crap charges
