I was a driver for LYFT from May 2019 to October 2019. I was utilizing their Express Drive Program, where I was able to use a vehicle that was rented through AVIS. LYFT states in their agreement that drivers collect 100% of tips. LYFT also stated that tips DO NOT count towards my ride fees. I have not been paid my tips and LYFT is now charging my bank account. LYFT owes me over $800 in tips including bonuses. LYFT now prevents me from driving any further as I now am delinquent.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Pay 100% of my tips to which was the agreement and absolve the debt of charge to my bank account.
