The rental, at $250/night, was a dump. Dead bugs in the kitchen light fixture, various tapes wrapped around exposed pipes, all closets filled with junk and construction materials, stairs not even mentiones, torn cheap shower curtain, etc etc etc.
As said 2 bathrooms, but there was one room with the shower and another with the toilet. So AirBnB misleads customers by not using standard terms.
Refund at first – $507.61, now refund + 10xs for my time fighting them and stress.
AND correction of all their listings to properly describe a property – using American terms when using an American platform, British terms in Britain, etc.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?

AND I want them to use terms standard to where the renter lives – in America a bathroom has a toilet, sink, and shower/tub.
