Santander Consumer USA Bad Customer Support

Locked me out of my account from being able to pay online or with customer care, and lied about charges.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Refund of all late charges and fees not associated with the bill of sale of my vehicle, I think that I should be only responsible for my pay off amount on my car and be included in the ongoing settlement.
