My vehicle is a 2009 FX Infiniti and according to my credit report I owe over $19,000 and on their website I owe over $17,000 for a vehicle that is very old and I can not refinance. Customer services is rude and not knowledgeable. My vehicle was repossessed in 2019 and put large fees on my balance in order to get it back.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like my balance lowered for the value of the vehicle or offer a compensation. My state of Mississippi is currently in litigation against Santander separate from the other states that did the Multi-state lawsuit but I decided to do my own claim against this company as well. This is an unfair company, who offered me a high risk loan that I can not get out of without putting myself in deeper debt.
