Vivint installed subpar equipment in my home. After multiple complaints and different techs sent to my residence, after which I asked for service to be cancelled and system to be removed. I was told that due to contract I was obligated to still pay for monthly service and I had to keep equipment regardless of the service Vivint provided. This was then passed onto a debt collector as I refused to pay for a service I was not receiving.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Apology, cease and desist from all collections and repair of my credit.
