Santander Consumer USA Hurt My Credit

I purchase a vehicle in 2015 and so far I have paid $26,000 on a vehicle I was only supposed to finance $13,000 on. Santander did not include my downpayment in the financing and after 5 years of payments I still owe them $12,000

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
