Santander Consumer USA Hurt My Credit

I purchased a vehicle a few years back and the dealership told me that both interest and payment will go down in a year if paid loyalty too bank that was not true my rate was so high it would be impossible to even pay off the vehicle

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Honestly clear the loan and give me the title
