Sprint Lied About the Price
Bought a phone ..crappy service ,,called to cancel.was told”you have to drive 100 miles to where you got the phone to return it..refused and requested to ship it to them,,went online and called multiple times(have transcripts),,and bill kept going up..they removed it off my credit after first dispute,,then they sold debt to another agency after being made to remove it..now its damaging my score when I need it the most ,,semi homeless due to covid..please help me
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want a public apology PUBLIC,,and every penny I can get for the damages
