Uber Product Wasn’t What I Was Promised
My account has been locked due to having to complete a background check. I completely this two weeks ago and have contacted the third party background check company who says they have not received any background check. I have been contacting Uber for the last two weeks and have failed to get a response.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want them to REACTIVATE my account like they should have in the first place.
