Experian Hurt My Credit
The credit reporting agencies are Negligence in their reporting and I can prove it, especially Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion. Starting with Experian, they are disregarding my disputes and keep coming back with the same answer to my disputes as ACCURATE but when I asked them to please validate this information with me, that they are receiving, they can’t send me ANY evidence that supports their claim. How can it be that Equifax and TransUnion deleted all of the Y-12 accounts because lack of evidence but Experian keep saying theses accounts are accurate without any documents of their findings. And now Experian is saying that another alleged account that I’m disputing is now been updated. What is going on here? They have no respect for the law and they are not taking out the time to do a thural and proper investigation. They are also claiming I did not submit the property documents for them to investigate my disputes BUT when I log in to my Experian account, I receive alerts that their investigation is complete and ready for me to view. How can this be? I have supporting documents that state my claims. As of July 22, 2020, when I logged into my Experian credit monitoring account, I received a message that now states that they are having problems pulling all three credit reports and scores and this is a service that I pay for on monthly basis. They are miss reporting this information and violating the law and causing harm to my credit. They are breaking the law and there are potential violations of all the negative information on my credit report and this needs to be looked into. • CAPITAL BANK,N.A. I asked Experian to validate this item because I have no knowledge of it and I have not heard anything back from them. Transunion credit report: Employment PHASE ONE STAGING INC- Incorrect, I do not work for this company and this needs to be deleted from my credit report immediately. I’ve also disputed this with TransUnion but the outcome has not changed. • BRIDGECREST FORMERLY DRI is a closed account and after TransUnion did their investigation, they decided to add a closed account but still showing a balance. I need for TransUnion to remove this item completely from my credit report. • Derogatory marks Lvnv Funding Llc BUT they told me that this item has been closed from my credit report but it’s still showing a collection on my credit report. Since they have already validated that this account needs to be closed, they need to remove it completely from my credit report. Equifax: BRIDGECREST CREDIT C, Balance $10958, and late payments on a closed account. Also showing 120 late on a closed account. How can this be? I need them to delete these inaccurate items from my credit report and remove these disputed items completely from my credit report. As you can see, there is a lot of incorrect information reporting from Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion database.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
To remove the disputed items from my credit report because they cannot give me the names to whom they spoke with so I could validate their investigation, nor could they provide me the information I requested.
