Santander Consumer USA Hurt My Credit

Did not explain the borrowing process or the life of the loan. Allowed me to get behind and then repossed my car leaving me without a way to obtain work or pay off the current due to return my car. The charges were through the roof and no matter what I paid I could not get ahead on the life of the loan

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I want the car paid off and compensation to purchase a vehicle and not be walking because they were not willing to work with me and let me pay the fees due instead they wanted full balance paid off
