One Nevada Credit Union Collections Issues

One Nevada Credit Union filed a criminal complaint against me without notifying me, the customer, the issue and I had a class D felony warrant from Clark County, Nevada without my knowledge for one year. Luckily I discover about the warrant when I tried to renew a license and end up hiring an attroney and paid of the balance the bank claimed I owed, court and attroney cost to avoid going from going to prison. The balance the bank claimed against me was less than $1500 and it was from a from a secured credit I had with them. I could have easily resolved the issue if the bank informed me the balance rather than taking me to criminal court alleging it as a fraud.
