I purchased a car through them December 2018. Around July I was no longer able to afford the payments because of the high payments that I had no knowledge of until I left the dealership. Shortly there after Santander closed the account but failed to retrieve the car, it took the company well over 12 months to take possession of the automobile. I recently received a bill from the company for nearly 19,000 dollars.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I would like to be included in the recently agreed settlement and have the information removed from my credit report.
