I paid off my account and they are still showing a balance due on my account and will not change it. The customer service just hangs the phone up in my face when I call them.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Correct the amount to zero and report the correct information on my credit file. They are ruining my credit and my ability to my any purchases.
