Lyft Customer Service Lied to Me

Didn’t give me my $500 bonus, a person threw up in my car and I never received a cleaning fee.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
For horrible customer service, all the lies and miss information/stress Lyft CS gave me, I believe there should be a larger settlement than just $50.
