I cancelled the service on 8/31 My billing cycle was 8/29 t0 9/28. They want me to pay the whole bill even though I only had the service for 2 days
I tried to reason with them, asked for a supervisor and they refused to transfer the call and they hung up on me. I tried to explain the terrible situation we are in right now My husband is tryin to fight stage four throat cancer, I’m disabled and we leave on a fixed income.
