Spoke with Altice mobile rep which i recorded for $20 / month phone service. He specifically said no other charges. Got charged for activating fee. Called and the second rep said it would be escalated, but it wasn’t. The next time I got a ticket number, but nobody go back to me. I then tried to activate my sim card and they had the wrong number and told me to get a new sim card and charge me again. I had enough.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
The original rep, which i recorded offered $20 for unlimited everything with no other fees. They out and out lied. They should be prosecuted. They also said I could get a second line later for the same $20 / month and no other fees. I want them held to that offer.
