American Home Shield Customer Service Lied to Me

We took out policy that covered our pool and heater when we purchased our house in April. Heater starting making a noise and we called 8/14. Technician came several weeks later. Said we needed a part. Returned and a installed part. Did not if repair worked. We went and checked after they left and heater made very loud noise and caught fire. Destroyed heater. Called and got same technician to come out and he said it failed because of wear and tear and we needed new heater. Called AHS many times and wrote Scott Brown. No help. Now have a ruined heater. They do not respond.
