I have had Directv for over 10 years. My first complaint is that no matter what number I call I get cycled through a bunch of automatic messages. To receive an actual human took almost 30 minutes after calling numerous numbers. I cancelled because I was tired of the slow internet and the constant outages. When I cancelled they kept $70 of my pre-paid bill for an early cancellation fee for new recievers I got in February. I ordered these receivers as my old ones were worn out. They refuse to refund the cancellation fee. I also had a credit of $57.70 (which should have been $127.50) because I had cancelled in the middle of a cycle. It has been 2 1/2 months and I have yet to see the check. The last rep I chatted with was almost 40 minutes as they continued to put me on hold.
