I was not made fully informed about the promotional fees after the fact. I called customer service around January 2020 and informed them about my increased monthly charged, it was resolved but by March 2020 to July September 2020, my fees increased again. I called again the customer service recently and just wanted to get a sort of partial refund because of the misinformation the company provided for their costumer, which is me.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
I also am a First Responder worker, I would like to have 25% off discount part of my payment.
