about two years ago I purchased service for a promotional price of 69ish dollars and free installation for wireless service (not wired) and they installed wired instead and charged 100$ for installation i called they changed it to wireless and waived the previous charges but tha. Charged same for new install I canceled after 1 month and due to ely nv having no FedEx shipping labels availability tgey were gonna ship me the box and labels and after contacting g them dozens and dozens of ti,times, I finally dropped equipment odpff in reno nv during a visit to family at a direct tv office and they handed me a bill for 700$ or some crazy amount
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
pay me for all the time I spent calling them and traveling to different locations they directed me to for shipping labels that weren’t even there! a
Now I can’t even get cable TV due to this on my credit report!!
