Ok I canceled my service and ask for boxes to return the equipment in and they said they were going to send them but never did. Then they proceeded to charge me after my cancellation and now I get numerous calls years later from debt collectors and such. The worst part is how this affects my credit and the aggravation of being harassed all the time. I feel trapped and like a failure. Which I’m most definitely not. I was loyal to them through the end of my contract and they continued to lie to me when I would call customer service about update it equipment and outages. Not to mention their hidden fees and fake promotions.
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
To fix their problems and formally apologize to me and others for their wrong doings
