Metrobyt-mobile store @ 10417 Gravelly Lake Dr Suite G Lakewood WA. Sales person Rae. Ive been with Metro for about 6 years. I needed a new phone on 9/18/20 I went to the store and left an hour and a half later with the new LG Stylo6, a case, liquid glass on my screen, activation, extra protection plan and all this financed thru SmartPay lease to own plan. I didnt know the price of anything, i never got a receipt or a contract to view and sign for the lease and i never gave her the ok to put the liquid glass on my screen. All i onew was that my monthly charge for everything was $59.25. I didnt know how long or what i purchased nothing. She also digitally signed the Smartpay lease without my knowledge. I called Smartpay later that afternoon and found out she signed for me and exactly what i bought. The case was $60 and the liquid glass was $80. 2 things i never would have purchased had i known the price. I never signed or saw a contract and found out i still owed 10 more payments of $59.25 which makes a $199 phone $651 i owe wgen financed. I was livid. I went back Saturday ti get out of the Smartpay and just buy the phone only outright. It went south from there. Rae was so so rude she went as far as shunning me everytime i talked, turned her back to me and talked to orher sales person there as uf i wasnt there at all and didnt at all understand that i never authorized any if the purchases let alone a lease that wud cost so much more and the glass price etc. Never apologized. Just kept ignoring my attempt to discuss professionally and to make it right. Between Ana and Rae I felt deflated, used and totally like i was crazy. I still feel like they didnt really cancel the lease lime they said they did because its nor showing on Smartlease website and they didnt refund the glass cost and charged me twice for activation. Rhey mocked and belittled me the whole time. I want out if metro. All together if i dont get everything returned that i spent or the comp me everything and ill stay with metro until i cwn find a better company. They need to make this right.

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
They need to fire the 2 sales people, Rae and Ana and charge me nothing for everything they put on my lease and i stay at metro until i can switch to retain my number.
