American Express Locked My Account
Sept 3 2020 not only did they deny a claim that was obvious fraud and I had proof they charged me $ $20 two different times to expedite a card that they requested to have sent back to them so it never reach me then they told me I needed to update to a physical address denied my claim how to close my account and locked it down
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
They need to pay me back for the $40 if they charge me for something I didn’t get they need to reopen my claim and prosecute the people who used my card and give me back my $199 they also need to give me the balance it’s in my account and all of my statements from day one
