Brand new phone service is horrible. I pay 35 a month. Was told wait a day after payment for full service and internet. Its been a week (this happened every month after purchase) worker tells me it is because apple and metro by tmobile want their customers to spend more money. Metro by tmobile corporate is trying to convince all its customers to move to a higher paying plan by slowing down our cheaper plans & telling us it is because we pay a lower price now that kur service is lacking. When I purchased the phone and plan i was told my phone was excellent when it is not at all the great features don’t even work. I was never told due to the amount i pay monthly will reflect on the quality of my internet and overall service network.
