8/25/20 employee Nino Lie to Me he said they no longer give four lines I pay for insurance also pay for 4 months back get $100 for the phone $66 per month activation fee and SIM card fee I spent over $500 cash He said the insurance just to bring the phone and the swap it out accidentally dropped my phone in the bathtub so this time a worker named Vivian help me I asked her if they have four lines she said yes to offer the services I told Nina I thought you said they do not have four lines anymore he said only that day they do not have four lines I had to buy another line because that wasn’t true about stopping the phone out so I paid another $100 plus activation fee for a phone case she didn’t even come with a screen protector unfortunately someone stole my car the phone that didn’t work and my new phone were inside there salt the phone that didn’t work the active SIM card was in there so I go back in there explaining to them if I can use the 4 months I paid a $66 for new phone they advised me to ask somebody for a Metro phone why should I have to ask somebody for a Metro phone don’t they sell phones inside of the store I thought I offended when they told me that comment hours for what I got I don’t believe you’re supposed to tell a man to go ask somebody for a Metro phone then I also spoke to the manager named Steve on 9/21 he also advised me to ask somebody from Metro phone I said why should I ask someone for a phone due to their incompetence I haven’t no work for over 23 days I make $100 a day working construction if I do not have a cell phone I cannot work because I need to notify them where and when to pick me up and they call me the night before and they call me at 4 in the morning I have to check in
