Metro by T-Mobile Claim for Compensation
Visited this location approximately 11:20 A.M. on 10/6/2020 for assistance with phone and other services I have with Metro PCS. The Service Representative (Jeremy) would not provide last name. Slammed my questions as “You are not listing”. Then immediately threaten to call the Police if I did not leave without provocation. This representative did not know that I had a hearing loss from military service.
I came to this location specifically for help with Metro service and products. I left the store without incident after the threat! I suggest that Metro PCS Policy of Consumer Code, Code of Business Conduct and Supplier Code of conduct were not self-evident with my experience with Jeremy. This is the first time I have ever been threatened by an employee of a Company attempting to resolve a service issue. I am considering legal actions regarding this incident which Jeremy mentions several times that I was on video and sound. I will ask for Law Enforcement to obtain a copy of this incident for court purposes
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Review Jeremy’s ability to service Metro PCS Customers and a possible probation period for review.
