We stopped using the service on 8/20/2020. We canceled the service on 9/19/2020. We asked them to prorate the service time not used from 8/20/2020 – 9/19/2020 which they never followed up on. They charged another full cycle of billing on 10/7/2020 for $69.99. I had to waste several hours 2 separate days trying to get this resolved.
