DirecTV Won’t Let Me Cancel
About 3 years ago, I cancelled direct tv and was told our equipment was too old to return. There was no followup on the equipment, but we were refunded the remainder of our last month’s payment. Several months ago, AT&T began sending emails demanding just less than $50 for Direct tv equipment. I couldn’t find my AT&T account online mor could customer service reps. I tried to pay the amount, but you need an online acct to do that. AT&T is threatening to send the bill to collections.
