In September of 2020 I called Spectrum to cancel cabel because I could no longer afford it. Instead the salesmen tells me if I “BUNDLE” my cable than I can get mobile and keep the price I was already paying wihtout having to give up my cable!! ANd that it would all be in 1 bill!!! That is so not true!!! There are 2 bills and the amount is almost 200 dollars higher than expected!!! He sweet talked our ass right in the **** ****!!!
What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
Now I have these phone and 2 different bills!! These phones were 3000!! They lied about everything!! They owe us!!
