DirecTV Claim for Compensation

My dispute started on 10/01/20. I called and talked with DirecTV ‘s Loyalty and requested a promotional offer for the $50.00 that was taken from me in 09/2020. I was told that there were not any promotions available for me.

I called Eric Fields, Senior Manager, from the Office of the President of ATT. He had previously called and given me promotions on May 5, 2020. He told me I would be losing a $50.00 promotion in September, 2020 and to let him know if I had any problem. I have called Mr Fields on 10/01/20 and again on 10/06/20. I left a detail messages on his service. I have not received a response to this date. His phone number is **********. I have maintained a perfect payment record with ATT/DirecTV. In fact, I stay over $200.00 ahead on my payment due. I maintain the payment record as a loyal customer. Even through I have had problems with my internet and DirecTV. I remain loyal. I am requesting the promotions that I have been granted for over the last 6 years.

Can you help?

What would you like the company to do to fix the problem?
To grant the promotion that was promised and have been given over the last 6 years.
