Altice USA Wrongly Sent Account to Collections or Impacted My Credit Score

About sept 15th 2019 they never did fix the home phone but still charging Ali told me pay $300.00 more and this month oct bill would be $143.00 dollars went to pay it it was $600’something and they want now $333.00 plus still no phone said if we upgraded cause for June and July they’d cut my cable off so I had to use internet tv and three days before it was die they’d turn the cable back on no credit for that either so I keep paying they huge payments but it never gets my bill lowered it gets bigger so can you please help me withbtheses people there’s no winning with them and they lie so bad help
