AT&T Customer Service Lied to Me
Started Sept 09 2017. I had needed a $300.00 security deposit for Att Direct TV services. Told after 2 years of on time payments it would be returned. It was hard coming up with the security deposit but was on right path to cleaning up my credit so I struggled and came up with deposit
After two years of not one late payment I ccx called them for my contract was up and I wanted my $300.00.
I spent at least 46 hours of phone calls. Sent them my bank statement were the deposit was takin out. Never received my money and the hours trying to receive it back!
